KOHU’s food philosophy is driven by sustainability. All our produce is locally sourced, sustainably farmed and, wherever possible, organically and seasonally harvested. From field to kitchen, we pride ourselves on ensuring that only the freshest ingredients grace our menu. All KOHU packaging is primarily biodegradable or made from post-consumer waste. Doing our bit for the environment is so important to us, we have even invested in a state-of-the art, energy saving coffee machine to prepare our hot beverage menu.
